Paradigm Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in the state of Nevada, with its principal office located at 1980 Festival Plaza Dr., Suite #300, Las Vegas, NV 89135. We offer a comprehensive range of real estate services including residential buying and selling, rental assistance, property management, community association management (CAMS), and agent recruitment.

Paradigm Realty is affiliated with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and operates in compliance with all applicable Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) regulations, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and all relevant local ordinances.

Use of the Website

Real Estate Services

Paradigm Realty provides professional real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to:

• Buyer Consultation: Personalized guidance for prospective homebuyers, including needs assessment, budget analysis, neighborhood tours, and offer negotiation.
• Home & Investment Property Search: Assistance identifying residential and investment properties matching client criteria throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
• Home Market Analysis (CMA): Preparation of Comparative Market Analyses to help buyers and sellers understand the current fair market value of properties.
• Seller Representation: Full-service listing and marketing support, including MLS listing, pricing strategy, and transaction coordination.
• Rental Assistance: Support for clients seeking rental accommodations, including property matching and application guidance.

All real estate services are subject to the execution of a separate written agreement (such as a Buyer’s Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement). These Terms do not constitute or replace such agreements. Real estate transactions are subject to Nevada real estate law, and all representations made by agents are governed by their professional obligations under Nevada law.

Property Listings & Information Accuracy

Property listings and related information displayed on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only. While Paradigm Realty makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all property information, we do not guarantee that all listings, pricing data, square footage, school district information, or other property details are complete, accurate, or up-to-date at any given time.

Property availability, pricing, and conditions may change without notice. Users should independently verify all property information before making any decisions based on it. Paradigm Realty shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in listing data or for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on such information.

Listings sourced through the MLS are subject to MLS data policies and terms. IDX/MLS data is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Tenant & Owner Portals

Paradigm Realty provides access to a Tenant Portal and an Owner Portal powered by AppFolio, a third-party property management platform. By accessing these portals, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account access with any unauthorized third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Any payments, maintenance requests, communications, or documents submitted through the portals are subject to the terms of your individual lease or property management agreement.
• Use of the portals is also governed by AppFolio’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are separate from these Terms.

Paradigm Realty is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or errors arising from the third-party portal platform. Please contact us directly at info@ParadigmRealty.com if you experience any issues accessing your portal.

Agent Portal & Recruiting

Paradigm Realty offers a dedicated Agent Portal and an active recruiting program for licensed real estate professionals in Nevada. By submitting any inquiry, application, or registration through the recruiting or agent portal sections of the Website, you acknowledge:

• All information submitted must be truthful, complete, and accurate.
• Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee employment, affiliation, or agent status with Paradigm Realty.
• Agent onboarding, commission structures, and brokerage terms will be governed by a separate written Independent Contractor Agreement.
• Access to the Agent Portal is restricted to active Paradigm Realty agents. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Paradigm Realty does not charge monthly fees; however, all agents are expected to maintain active Nevada real estate licensure in good standing throughout their affiliation.

Community Association Management Services (CAMS)

Paradigm Realty offers Community Association Management Services (CAMS) for homeowners associations and planned communities. CAMS engagements are governed by separate Management Agreements executed between Paradigm Realty and the relevant association. Information presented on the CAMS section of the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.

Boards of Directors and community associations engaging Paradigm Realty for CAMS services agree to the terms outlined in their respective management contracts, which supersede any general information presented on this Website.

Third-Party Vendors & Partners

This Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to CMG Home Loans (lending), LV Home Inspection (home inspections), ROC Title (title and escrow services), and the AppFolio portal platform. These links are provided for convenience only.

We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
